Our method

A structured process for industrial automation.

Every industrial automation project we undertake is based on a structured, step-by-step methodology developed to ensure consistency, efficiency, and control throughout every phase. At Constructa, we integrate mechanical engineering, electrical design, and software development within a streamlined process that supports our customers from the initial analysis through commissioning and post-installation support.
Our approach minimizes risks, ensures complete alignment between design and implementation, and enables us to deliver even the most complex industrial automation projects with precision, reliability, and confidence.

A closer look at our process

How we turn production requirements into fully operational automation systems

We begin with a thorough assessment of the customer’s existing manufacturing process, identifying operational bottlenecks, opportunities for improvement, and the performance targets to be achieved. At this stage, we define clear, measurable objectives in terms of productivity, cycle time, quality, and process stability, laying the foundation for an automation solution focused on delivering tangible results rather than simply introducing new technology.

Based on the identified objectives, we develop a technical and economic feasibility study that evaluates plant concepts, production layout, robotic integration, and compatibility with the customer’s industrial environment. Through operational simulations and production scenario analysis, we anticipate potential challenges, validate expected performance, reduce project uncertainty, and support informed investment decisions.

Our mechanical, electrical, and software engineering teams work in close collaboration to develop a fully integrated system design. Every automation solution is conceived as a unified system, avoiding fragmented engineering approaches and ensuring complete consistency across all disciplines.

We select and integrate industrial robots and proven automation technologies, developing the operational logic, process sequences, quality control systems, and traceability functions required for each application. Our goal is to build a cohesive automation architecture in which every technology is fully aligned with the customer’s operational requirements.

Before installation at the customer’s facility, every system is assembled and thoroughly tested in-house to verify safety, compliance, functionality, and performance against the project specifications established during the initial design phase.

During installation, our engineers work alongside the customer to monitor system performance, fine-tune operations where necessary, and ensure the automation solution achieves the expected production targets before handover.

Following commissioning, we provide direct technical support and continuous improvement services to keep the system efficient, up to date, and aligned with evolving production requirements. Our objective is to ensure long-term operational continuity while protecting the value of the customer’s investment over time.

Benefits for our customers

Engineering Reliability. Technical Accountability. Proven expertise.

Choosing Constructa means partnering with a company that manages every project through a structured, experience-driven approach, ensuring complete control at every stage. Our methodology minimizes the uncertainty typically associated with complex automation projects and guarantees full alignment between the engineered solution and the final production system.

Tailor-made solutions, not standard products

Our broad experience across multiple industries and applications enables us to develop fully customized automation solutions. Rather than relying on standardized approaches, we design systems that are specifically engineered to meet each customer’s unique production requirements.

Cost control and reduced project risk

Through feasibility studies, operational simulations, and comprehensive in-house testing, we identify potential technical issues before implementation and plan effective solutions in advance. This approach helps minimize unexpected costs, reduce project risks, and avoid costly rework or post-commissioning interventions.

Measurable performance results

We establish clear, measurable performance objectives from the outset and manage every phase of the project to achieve them. The result is not a generic promise, but a verifiable operational standard that delivers tangible production improvements.

Faster system start-up

Our structured methodology, supported by in-house testing and guided installation, significantly reduces commissioning time, enabling customers to bring their automation systems into full operation more quickly and efficiently.
