Our solutions
Gluing Applications
Constructa has solid experience in the design and construction of gluing systems, developed to measure according to the customer’s production requirements, integrating dosing systems, robotics and control technologies to ensure precision, repeatability and consistent quality in industrial assembly processes.

Let's take a closer look
Gluing Applications
Our automated gluing systems are designed to manage the application of industrial adhesives within production processes precisely and reliably and, where necessary, the subsequent assembly operations. We create different types of solutions – pallet lines, rotary tables, single or double slides, workbenches and much more – ensuring flexibility, reliability and integration into the most advanced industrial environments.
Integration with industrial robots or Cartesian axes allows the adhesive material to be applied with high precision along programmed paths, ensuring bead uniformity, quantity control and process repeatability even on complex geometries.
The solutions can include complementary technologies such as surface preparation systems, pressing or curing stations, machine vision systems, traceability systems and in-line quality control. Thanks to modular and customised design, our systems ensure reliability, ease of integration into production lines and adaptability to future process developments.

Technical details
Operational benefits
Precision and control of dosing / assembly
Automated gluing systems ensure extremely precise and controlled applications of adhesive material and subsequent high-precision assembly (where required).
Consistent quality of the bonded joint
The repeatability of automatic systems makes it possible to obtain reliable and uniform joints over time.
Reduction of material waste
Accurate dosing control makes it possible to optimise adhesive consumption and reduce operating costs.
Complete process control
Sensors and monitoring systems make it possible to record and control all critical parameters of the gluing process.
Integration with automated lines
The systems can be easily integrated with handling systems, robotics and assembly stations.
Production flexibility
Programming the application paths makes it possible to adapt quickly to new product variants.
Greater operator safety
Automation reduces direct contact with adhesives and chemicals, improving working conditions.
